Velocity Global is a leading global human resources platform, making opportunity borderless for people everywhere. Their purpose is to compliantly hire, pay and manage global talent, anywhere around the world. We worked with Velocity Global to reimagine their new brand identity, “Team Everywhere”.

Redefine the B2B space with a business-to-people brand that celebrates both IQ and EQ as essential company assets.
Insight
When you’re in growth mode, your plans are moving faster than reality. You need the best talent to help you deliver, no matter where they live. But so does every other business! The reality is, hiring talent globally is the hardest thing, tripping companies up over obscure regulations and surprise hurdles, complicating the most critical first moments of someone’s fresh start. You’ve got the dream, but right now reality has stopped you in your tracks.
Pain Point
While this is a B2B product, the way it’s presented should feel very consumer friendly, clarifying and human.
Target Audience
HR Managers who sit at the center point of connection between business objectives and the people who will get things done, and are responsible for smoothing out any frictions that might prevent staff from helping a business reach its goals.
Primary Action
Drive users to the resources page to learn more about how Velocity Global can help them.
Key Message
Velocity Global is the workforce momentum company advancing your global growth ambitions through expansive tech and local expertise—to connect your business to people everywhere.
We began the process by presenting high-fidelity wireframes for three key pages within the project scope, helping our teams align on core messages and visual hierarchy.
We aimed to create a unique brand world by embracing warm colors and lifestyle photography that showcased people balancing work and life responsibilities, challenging traditional expectations of B2B brands.
Given their extensive product offering, we faced the challenge of designing a clear and concise website navigation that helps users quickly find what they need without getting lost in deep menus.
We utilized the vibrant brand color palette to create distinctive UI interactions that clearly connect and organize information throughout the site.
