Elevating TheGuarantors’ Brand to Match their Impact

TheGuarantors partnered with Red Antler to revamp their website and better reflect their position as a trusted leader in the renter-owner space. As a fintech company focused on expanding housing access and simplifying the leasing process, they act as a bridge between renters seeking approval and property owners seeking financial security. The previous brand and tone fell short of resonating with their audience and status—prompting a new digital presence that aligns with their mission to create a more inclusive, stable, and modern renting ecosystem.

We set out to create a brand experience that confidently positions TheGuarantors as a category leader, while genuinely advocating for both renters and property operators. By clearly communicating their dual commitment and showcasing products designed to protect, insure, and support the financial needs of both audiences, the new brand reflects their role as a trusted, balanced partner in the leasing ecosystem.

Both landlords and renters each find themselves existing in a constant state of emergency, stressed about financial insecurity with a process that lacks transparency and control.
Product Truth
TheGuarantors mitigates the issue of risk for landlords while maintaining a sense of security for renters; instilling confidence and offering protection through holistic guarantee.
Pain Point
Assert credibility and mutual respect, in solving the needs of BOTH renters and landlords.

The website must convey the look, tone and feel of the category leader in the space.

The category tends to be renter or B2C centric and devoid of emotion.
Target Audience
Primary: Advocates for the Asset (Landlords, property managers, brokers, etc)
They are risk-averse about approving renters who do not fit the mold. They want the opportunity to increase occupancy rates and create more loyal, lease-renewing residents.

Secondary: Renters
Renters who struggle to quality whether due to low credit, no credit, or lack of US guarantor. They are seeking a less painful and more streamlined process with an opportunity to live in the homes they want.
Primary Action
Go beyond their skepticism and entrust The Guarantor's proprietary platform for all their rental protection, insurance and financial needs.
Key Message
The Guarantor's offers protection that does more than keep you safe: it sets you free of stress and risk.
For the site redesign, it was essential to address both of TheGuarantors’ key audiences throughout every aspect of the experience.
As mobile continues to be a key screen size with all audiences on the go with their device, it was important to create a mobile experience that presented the same unique experience as desktop.
Because TheGuarantors offers a range of services across multiple audiences, it was important to create clear, concise moments throughout the site, using generous white space to help users easily understand a complex product offering.
We introduced small, distinctive brand moments that added personality and a human touch to the brand world, seamlessly adapting across responsive designs on the website.
